ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Race to cure Chase continues, shady acts, and the celebration might be premature

ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for June 18th reveal Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) has a hard job ahead of her. Although, it’s kind of her own fault by getting mixed up in baby shenanigans.

Meanwhile, we’ve got more of the Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) drama, as well as the end of war and some more Austin (Roger Howarth). Let’s take a look at what’s up.

ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For June 18: Not so fast…

First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers indicate a problem in the baby scam. Brook Lynn warns everything they did would be for nothing. Apparently, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will want to see Louise and this is Brook Lynn talking her out of it.

We already feel sorry for her, because it looks like Maxie is going to be one hell of a headache for her. Not that we exactly blame Maxie for wanting to see her baby, but it’s obviously a bad idea. She’ll get too emotional and there’s a good chance she’ll blow the cover, which is obviously what Brook Lynn is worried about.

And there’s another reason Brook Lynn should discourage a visit. It seems Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will pay a visit to ask some more questions, to which Maxie will wonder if Sam believes her.

ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For June 18: The search continues

On Thursday, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) was discouraged from looking for that lab. However, she’s holding tight to that helicopter that never landed. On Friday, she’ll tell Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) she thinks she has a lead on Peter August (Wes Ramsey).

Speaking of the monster, there’s still the issue of Chase’s health in the air. On June 18th, Hamilton Finn Michael Easton) tells Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) he knows why the cure didn’t work. Clearly, the DNA tests will prove the switch and they’ll race to give Chase the cure.

Of course, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers indicate this cure might not come soon enough in one respect. In the promo, Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) says Chase is lucky he’s getting married. As Chase looks dressed up and ready to go, the ceremony could be a done deal before Finn races in with the save.

We’re even more sure of this because of another clip. In it, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) believes she’s doing the right thing. Clearly, this act of kindness will lead to a lot of suffering later. We expect a drawn-out situation where Willow tries to figure out how to get out of this marriage she doesn’t want and only agreed to because she thought Chase was dying.

ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For June 18: Brick’s back

Also on Friday, we’ll see Brick (Stephen A Smith) again. He, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will meet. Brick will talk about how they just ended a war, but we think they’re celebrating a little too fast.

We don’t think Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is out of this fight just yet. They’ve been making too big a deal in too many scenes about how it’s all over now.

ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For June 18: The plot thickens

Finally, there’s Austin. He knocks someone over. Looks like it’s Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), so this is going to get interesting. Strangely enough, he’ll be telling Dante that an area was missed during the search.

Is this a setup, or does this help come after he maybe mistakes Dante for an intruder? We’ll see. Either way, Howarth’s character looks a bit shady there. Which might be exactly why he’ll turn out to be on the up-and-up.
