Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are looking lovely as they made their way out to Yankee Stadium last night to watch Reynolds’ first home run derby there. Apparently, Reynolds is a good luck charm as they 10 to nothing and even got a hat signed by Clint ‘Red Thunder’ Frazier.
A lot of fans found it hilarious that Frazier signed the hat, “To the Green Lantern. From Red Thunder.” Of course, Reynolds isn’t very proud of his Green Lantern film and is prominently known as the Merc with the Mouth AKA Deadpool.
“Blake took me to my first home run derby at @yankees stadium tonight. They won 10 to nothing. I’m not saying I’m a good luck charm. Just saying @clintfrazierr wants me to play left field for the remainder of my life. (The Red Thunder was an absolute hero tonight) ⚾️”

Fans commented on the post, “Good to see you two out and about.”, “He had to bring up the Green Lantern thing tho”, “But why didn’t he write Deadpool?”, “Wait, wait, wait…… you were acknowledged as Green Latern, not Deadpool?! ???!!!!”, “I don’t know who looks more in love with who?! What a match! ??”, and “Really???? The green lantern, why not deadpool?”.
I think what a lot of people may be missing here is, Frazier is the “RED” Thunder’, so he chose the character with the color in the name, “GREEN” Lantern’. I’m not sure it was a joke, but rather just trying to relate to the color in their nicknames/characters.
At any rate, it looks like the pair had a fantastic time and it’s lovely to see people getting back outside and doing things!
