Prince William Bemused By Why Prince Harry ‘Keeps Throwing His Family Under The Bus’
This was most noticeable during Harry and Meghan Markle’s bombshell interview on CBS. It is here, where Harry dropped some shocking home truths with accusations, that Harry was privy to a private conversation within the Royal circle which expressed concerns over Archie’s skin colour. This was one of many instances that had gotten the public in a frenzy.
William, though, would prefer to see these issues being hashed out behind closed doors. A source told Us Weekly: “William feels that Harry should discuss his issues privately and can’t comprehend why…Harry keeps throwing his family under the bus.”
The consequences of this interview have been huge. Although Harry had returned to the UK in order to attend Prince Philip’s funeral, the tensions between Harry and William were there for all to see. They did not walk side by side and only engaged in conversation in the presence of Kate Middleton. But just as families can forgive and forget, it may not be the case here.
The source added: “There’s no way they’ll ever trust him after this. The damage is done.” There is no way of knowing what the right course of action was in the circumstances. We only have to see the history of the Royal family to understand this. Princess Diana, prior to her death, had spoken on how she could not resolve her problems inside the Royal family.
That left her with no choice but to leave. And this is precisely how Harry had felt. Given that he has children to look after, he was looking to break free for the sake of his kids.
During his interview with CBS, Harry said: “If you suffered, do everything you can to make sure that whatever experiences, negative experiences that you had, you can make it right for your kids. Isn’t this all about breaking the cycle?” It really does not look like the brothers will be reconciling anytime soon. With that in mind, the Royal family will never be the same.
