Kim Kardashian has been given a restraining order against Charles Peter Zelenoff, who happened to be stalking the Keeping up with the Kardashians star.

Kim, for her part, is already going through a lot in her life. She is currently engaged in a long and drawn-out divorce process with her ex-lover Kanye West. Not only that, Kim is facing some legal trouble of her own as a lawsuit was filed by her former employees on the basis that she was not paying them. Just when you thought things could not be going worse, Kim confirmed that she failed her legal exams.
And yet, this news should provide some welcome relief. According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, the man was “trying to get inside her home and is ‘in love with her. [He attempted] to pursue a physical relationship with [Kim].” And looking back, things could have gotten very dangerous for Kim. Charles has a string of criminal convictions, which only goes on to highlight the danger that he had posed.
He has been convicted on various counts of battery, and therefore, he was prone to using violence. But when Kim refused to entertain his advances, he started to become even more desperate. The documents highlighted how Charles “filmed videos outside the edge of her property, and she claims he’s getting increasingly frustrated about not getting inside.”
This is sadly nothing new when it comes to the Kardashians. Just recently, Kendall Jenner was granted a similar restraining order against another stalker by the name of Shaquan King. She had also experienced danger to her life. Apparently, Shaquan had entered Kendall’s property and jumped in her swimming pool while he was naked.
He then began to smash on the windows at her home. This is when her security team intervened. Kendal was also given another restraining order against Maik Bowker. The latter had threatened to purchase a firearm and then kill both of them. While being in the public eye does come with some privileges, there is the danger of encountering a few nutcases along the way.
