Jill Duggar recently celebrated her 30th birthday with Derick Dillard, and by all accounts, the day could not have gone any better.
‘Counting On’: Jill Duggar Celebrates Her 30th Birthday
The stars, best known for being on Counting On, have had a difficult time of late following the recent arrest of Jill’s brother Josh Duggar. The latter had been apprehended on charges related to child pornography. And in an attempt to escape those horrific revelations, Jill took some valuable time off with her family.
In a post to her fans on Instagram, we can see Jill and Derick having some breakfast together with their son at a diner. They all have a huge smile on their face at what looks to be a scrumptious breakfast. The post was captioned by the following comments: “So thankful for the amazing family time and fun birthday celebrations the past few days.
“Thanks, babe, @derickdillard for all the fun and thoughtful celebrations … [and] everyone else for the well wishes and gifts!” The birthday was surrounded by a general family get together just prior to the breakfast. In the picture here, we can see Jill and Dereck having gone on a long walk into the woods. In the backdrop, the woodlands are clearly visible in what seems to be a moment of extreme calm.
The photo included the following remarks: “It was so nice to get away in nature together on Derick’s break this week! No cell service and wifi are nice sometimes!” This celebration marks another historical moment of happiness in the couple’s lives. Just recently, Derick had managed to graduate from law school to continue his aspirations of being a future lawyer.
Such an achievement was magnified, given that it was Derick’s second degree following his accounting major. And at that time, Jill could not hold back her excitement. During a previous Instagram post, we can see Jill and Derick preparing for the graduation. Jill is wearing a red dress, and Derick wore a shirt and tie. The post included the subsequent comments: “Getting ready for graduation! So proud of my man!”
