’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers tells us that once upon a time there was a show called 90 day fiancé where they brought together international couples from far and wide. One of those couples was Colt Johnson and Larissa Lima, both of which ended up on 90 day fiancé Happily Ever After but unfortunately their union was anything but and they ended up splitting up ultimately.
Colt then moved on to another Brazillian girl named Jess, but couldn’t help but cheat on her by sending lots of nudes to lots of other girls during the entire relationship, they split up eventually too but at least they had the good sense not to get married first. Throughout both relationships, Colt had a “friend” named Vanessa, a girl that stuck by him through thick and thin but the timing never seemed right for these two because Vanessa was always otherwise occupied.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: …Until now…
It seems that the stars have aligned and Colt has once again entered the land of the matrimonial. Even though he and Vanessa have been having problems lately and she is afraid that she is not enough for him, Colt tried to reassure her otherwise last week on a vacation to Big Bear Lake in California and then he got down on his knee and popped the question.
Without waiting for a real answer he said, “Can I get back up?” it seems that Colt’s knees aren’t what they used to be with all the hoops he’s had to jump through trying to get Vanessa to even consider being in an actual relationship with him to begin with!
Vanessa seemed flabbergasted, and said that she wasn’t expecting him to ask her. She also asked him if he actually wanted to be a husband again, and then went onto say that she wasn’t actually ready to get married yet. She said she was never going to go through with another divorce again and it would take someone that she’s 100% sure about.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: …I don’t think that’s quite the answer Colt wanted to hear!
She said that the past weekend has been really exciting but that she’s still worried about what’s going to happen once they get home. Then she went as far as to say that she wants to marry Colt someday (talk about taking one for the team), but that didn’t mean that she was going to and she definitely didn’t want to do it right now. OUCH!
But then again, Vanessa’s just coming off a divorce so again you can’t exactly blame her for being gun-shy. She asked for a year’s waiting period with Colt, and he agreed to wait a year so that she could evaluate whether or not she actually wanted to get married again. In the meantime… she did say yes to the engagement but was straight up about telling him that if he didn’t change she would have to learn to let him go. Can Colt learn to stop messing around?
