Univision La hija del embajador reveal this show is in its final weeks. There’s just one thing about that—it’s not actually over. However, we think we know why Univision is ending this where they are. Let’s take a look at that, as well as a couple big moments from the latest episode.
Univision La hija del embajador: No good deed
First, La hija del embajador spoilers reveal we kind of love Elvan Efeoğlu (Hivda Zizan Alp). She’s feisty, funny, and apparently has ethics, unlike some of these other characters.
When Nare Çelebi (Neslihan Atagül) decided to press charges against Halise Efeoğlu (Gonca Cilasun) for hiring some men to attack her, Elvan stepped up. She went to court and testified that Halise herself confessed to her.
This was a great moment that obviously meant a lot to Nare. She’s had very few people in her corner unconditionally. We can literally think of three, including her.
Everyone else seems to treat Nare like dirt. Including her true love, Sancar Efeoğlu (Engin Akyürek). Unfortunately, this kindess didn’t go unpunished.
Elvan’s husband, Yahya Efeoğlu (Doğukan Polat) threw her out of the house. Then, Halise had a heart attack the same day as Elvan’s testimony. As the Telenovela Gods would have it, Elvan happened to be out getting some things now that she’s staying with Nare.
This is where she saw the ambulance and recognized one of the cars following it. She rushed to the hospital, and is now being blamed for the crisis. Personally, we couldn’t with how devastated Elvan looked. She’s too good and kind a character for this, so we hope she’ll see some rewards before the end.
Univision La hija del embajador: The writers hate her
As for Nare, she had that victory. However, we’re not sure if Elvan will continue to stay with her and be a friend, as she’ll likely be suffering from huge guilt. Besides stressing about what crazy thing Sancar might do as the reality of her rape sets in, it looked like they dealt a huge blow in the latest episode.
Nare flashed back to her time in recovery, and it looked like a DNA test revealed the real father of Melek Efeoğlu (Beren Gençalp) is actually Nare’s rapist, Akın Vardalı (Erhan Alpay). The memory clearly moved and pained her, but we have a feeling the writers have so much more coming.

Univision La hija del embajador: Big change ahead
Finally, there’s the future. La hija del embajador spoilers reveal the network is advertising the final weeks of the show. But there’s more story than what you’re likely to see on Univision.
See, when the show was first advertised, they made a thing out of actors from a previous novela being reunited. And one of those happened to be Atagül. However, she left the show a little while back due to health issues.
Apparently, this changed everything. From the stories we’re reading, a new character, Mavi (Tuba Büyüküstün), came along and the story changed dramatically. So, it might not hold the same appeal for fans. In fact, there are rumors that the ratings suffered after Atagül left.
However, another report in the second article denies this ended the show. It was apparently planned to go 52 episodes, which would be more like 104 for most novelas. Turkish novelas tend to be about two hours each episode, where most are an hour.
Given all that, we think Univison might be cutting this off early, ending it with Nare’s run. It would make sense, given how important Nare and her story is to the show. If that’s the case, we think they’re making the right call.
