‘The Young And The Restless (Y&R)’ spoilers show that Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) is making quite the statement lately, as today he sat right across from Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), one of the biggest players in Genoa City and openly taunted him by not only calling off their deal but also calling Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) on speaker phone!
Victor could do nothing but sit there and listen as Ashland looked him in the eye as he continued to tell the two ex-lovers that his deal with Victor had fallen through and that his company was back up for grabs.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) Taunts Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) To His Face!
Victor, of course, is going to seek legal action as he called Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) almost immediately after. Surely, they had signed papers and there was already some kind of deal struck before Ashland learned of Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) issues with the police.
This was an incredible moment and one that we don’t see much of as Victor Newman has almost been deemed “untouchable”, though Ashland surely put him on notice. I hope to see the two of these men go at it. Ashland will have Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) in one corner, and Victor in another. Yet, for some reason, I think the favor is in Ashland’s direction!
What do you think? Do you think Ashland Locke can take on Victor Newman at his own game and what did you think of his little coin flip? Let us know in the comments below.
