Peter Weber has spoken on how he almost walked away from The Bachelor right from the outset.

But before he was about to do so, one person stepped up to convince him otherwise: Hannah Brown. During an interview on the Here for the Right Reasons podcast, Peter revealed how nervous he was on the show. He said: “I remember the first time..that limo showed up, and it just sat there for, like, 15-20 minutes. No one got out… But I’m just, like, there waiting.”
Low and behold, Peter’s eyes lit up when Hannah walked through the door. And it seems Peter was captivated by her presence from the very start. Peter, for his part, was certainly not disappointed to see her walk through those doors. He added: “At first I was like, ‘There’s no way that’s Hannah, like, there’s no way.’ [I thought] it was a look-alike. I thought it was just this gorgeous girl … and then I realized her smile.
“That bright smile, like, that’s Hannah Brown, holy s—t.” Things were getting serious as Peter contemplated the idea of exiting the show in order to pursue a romance with Hannah. And yet, for all this enthusiasm, Hannah convinced him to stay. And looking back, it was the right thing to do as both have moved in with their lives in different directions. Peter, nevertheless by staying, managed to have the ‘Bachelor’ experience.
He continued: “I was an idiot, producers probably hated me, but I literally, like, I think they edited this part out, I was like, ‘I’m gonna leave the show, like, if you want to, if you want to give this a shot, I’ll leave right now. And she’s like, ‘You can’t do that, Peter, you’re the Bachelor, you signed a contract.” Peter is known for pushing the boundaries.
And by being a pilot, he is certainly comfortable in going to dangerous territories- even in his personal life. On reflection, Peter may have acted differently. He noted: “I am very in touch with my feelings …I was just kind of going off of what I was feeling there… Maybe I was a little too impulsive.”
