Henry Cavill, better known as Theseus, Superman, and Geralt of Rivia gave us an Instagram update concerning an injury he had sustained while on set. He hurt his hamstring while sprinting in December and has been working to rehab it over the last several months.
He went through the process of his recovery, including videos of his workouts as well as showing MRIs of his hamstrings, which were very gnarly! The tear that he sustained in his hamstring was enormous and was very close to being even worse!

Of course, it was weird thinking that Superman could get hurt, and more so he was wearing a stocking cap kind of thing the whole time, which he explained was because he’s been filming ‘The Witcher’ for Netflix and has to wear a wig for the role of Geralt, which leaves a mess of his head and hair.
We’re glad that the tear wasn’t worse and that it appears as though he’s rehabbing just fine! Fans commented on the video, “Good stuff man, glad you’re 100 again ?”, “It’s nice to see more of his house. He assumes we don’t want to see his recovery….in his underpants??”, and “Dude. Not that you’re lacking any options, but you would make the best National Geographic/Disocvery Channel narrator lmao. Dat voice doe. Also Henry… I know we were very happy together for the time we were together that I knew about, but you didn’t… but now I’ve accepted you’ve fallen in love w Natalie and now I wish y’all the best. ? God bless ya Superman.”
I would actually love for Cavill to narrate some documentaries! I do enjoy his voice and a lot of viewers probably don’t even realize he has a British accent!
