The singer has been through a lot in his life, especially when it comes to his relationships, but he seems to have settled down with Hailey. In a post to his fans on Instagram, we can see a picture of Justin with a tattoo of the peach on his neck in honour of his new single, entitled Peaches. The duo have been really supporting each other since they tied the knot.
Hailey has been there Justin, through his battle with Lymes disease, as outlined in his Youtube documentary ‘Seasons’. But their marriage has not been as easy as people may have thought. Justin took a while to finally put his feelings for Selena Gomez to bed, but the pressure he had felt by being in the entertainment industry added another burden.
In an interview with GQ, he said: “The first year of marriage was really tough because there was a lot going back to the trauma. There was just a lack of trust.” But in this relationship, Justin was ready to put it all on the line. He has spoken previously on the importance of family, especially since his parents had split up. Justin had been brought up by his mother during his teens.
While he has, since then, reconciled with his father, the emotional struggle of it has made him want a family of his own. He added: “I just felt like that [marriage] was my calling. Just to get married and have babies.” Although most people would crave to have an inch of Justin’s life, the singer admitted to feeling lonely amid the glitz and glamour.
There are only so many world tours that you can do before you need to come back to a place called home. That is exactly what Justin wants. He continued: “We’re building these memories. And it’s beautiful that we have that to look forward to. Before, I didn’t have that to look forward to in my life.” It seems Justin has finally moved onto better things. The only question remaining is when will Justin start a family?
