Candace Cameron Bure has opened up on how the pandemic allowed her to overcome any relationship issues with her husband, Valeri Bure.

The duo have a long history together. They have been married for over two decades since they decided to tie the knot in 1996. But by being in the public eye, there were a lot of things they had to deal with. Naturally, quarantining together allowed them to address those issues. In an interview with Us Weekly, Candace said: “You’re all in a house together.

“You have to start talking about the things you kind of avoid because of work and travel and all that stuff. We just pushed through some of the things that were eating away at both of us.” The couple have three kids together: Natasha, Lev and Maksim. While it was nice to see them during the pandemic, the fact that all her kids returned home made things a bit more of a challenge.

Not only did she have to address her relationship issues, but Candace also had problems with her own kids. Her son, Lev, had gone through a lot recently. He had been on course to get engaged with Taylor Hutchison. And yet, this was suddenly called off which forced Candace to defend her son in light of the scrutiny he was facing.

She stated: “Sorry, You didn’t get the memo? We didn’t make an announcement, but yeah, he’s no longer getting married.” But since these issues have been resolved, Candace can focus on doing what she does best: business ventures. She has been focusing on a new clothing brand, and it is aimed at those looking to de-stress from the troubles of life.

Although she may no longer be able to travel as much due to the pandemic, it has not stopped her from exploring her own country. She noted: “I’m so proud of the Candace Cameron Bure clothing line. We’ve been working on it for quite a while, and I’m so happy that I get to share it with everyone. It’s really based [on] what I love and my lifestyle, you know, I’m born and raised in LA. I’m a California girl.”
