On Wednesday, April 28th, 2021, Federal Agents issued a search warrant to go through lawyer Rudy Giuliani’s apartment as part of an advancing investigation that has been underway for months. As of this moment, he has not been charged with anything and has denied any wrongdoing on his part.
This has been reported by way of CNN, and their post on Instagram has captured the attention of American’s all over the country.
“Federal agents executed a search warrant Wednesday at the Manhattan apartment of Rudy Giuliani, advancing a criminal investigation by federal prosecutors that has been underway for months, according to two people familiar with the matter. He hasn’t been charged and has denied wrongdoing. It is unusual for prosecutors to execute a search warrant on a lawyer, although Manhattan federal prosecutors have done so before, most notably in recent years against another former lawyer for Trump, Michael Cohen.”

While it is unusual for prosecutors to execute a search warrant on a lawyer, it has been done so before. Most notable for another former lawyer for former President Donald Trump, Michael Cohen.
This search comes as the focus of an investigation concerning activities in Ukraine. Ukraine has been a point of interest for many years now, particularly in the case of Hunter Biden, son of now President Joe Biden, and their potential misdealings with a power company there.
With Giuliani now being thrown deep into the fray with this search warrant, the plot only thickens. Is this something that could be a political corruption across the board, and not just the Republicans or Democrats?
