19 Kids and Counting star Josh Duggar has fallen from grace, yet again. The oldest of the 19 Duggar family children, who were featured on the TLC show, is currently in police custody , being held at the Washington County jail in Arkansas. The 33 year old is being detained without bail.
While, at time of writing, it is unclear why father of six, with a seventh baby on the way was arrested, it was reported back in late 2019 that Homeland Security agents were seen scouring the car dealership where Josh works. Apparently Homeland Security also raided his dealership office, all in connection to a “federal probe.”

It is likely the arrest is in conjunction with this probe, however the disgraced reality star has had his fair share of legal and ethical problems.
Currently Josh has a civil lawsuit filed against him for real estate fraud and previously he had multiple girls come forward, including his sisters, to accuse Josh of molesting them when he was a teenager.
In 2015 Josh was also outed as having an account with Ashley Madison, an online ‘dating service’ marketed to people who are married or in relationships. After Josh admitted to cheating on his wife, Anna, he went into rehab.
Alas, the rehab seemed to have not worked to turn him into an upstanding citizen. It looks, however, his past infidelity didn’t harm his marriage. Josh’s wife Anna is currently pregnant with the couple’s 7th child, a girl.
When a critic asked on Anna Duggar’s Instagram baby announcement “How do you afford all those kids? Does Josh even work?” Anna, who has been married to Josh since 2008 clapped back with, “Yes, my husband is a diligent worker and provides well for our family.”
Yeesh, that’s didn’t age well.
