’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers tells us that Mike Youngquist said that Ross and Rachel called, they want their epic saga back.
Seriously, I haven’t seen a love story this wishy-washy since the 90’s. I thought we were through with this! But nope, according to the tell-all (yup, in the end they had another one), Mike said that the night before the wedding he went off and spent 5-6 hours at the lake and he was in his own head and that he got scared and basically blames the entire thing on cold feet, or at least he did at first.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Mike finally says why he couldn’t marry Natalie
Then at the end, when Natalie backed him into a corner asking what on earth he wanted out of her, he admitted that the night before they got married when he had gone off to the lake by himself that Natalie had accused him of cheating on her.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Wow that must have been some fight.
While Mike maintains that that didn’t happen, that he was just ‘in his own head’ and ‘scared’, it’s still not an excuse. Tarik Myers called him out, saying that he was selfish. Natalie said that when watching it back she wanted to hug the girl on-screen and tell her that it was all going to be okay.
The thing is, where there’s smoke there’s usually fire, so the burning question is, what is Mike actually doing behind the scenes that would make Natalie think that he’s actually cheating on her? Did she think that he went back to his married friend’s house?
Or maybe he went to visit his ex-wife (hey it could happen), who could he have been talking to all of these months that Natalie thinks could possibly be competition?
Mike says that he feels bad about what went down and how it went down, and he even half-heartedly apologized to Natalie on-air, but… something about it just wasn’t genuine. He said sorry but you could tell that some part of him thougt that his actions were perfectly justified, still.
Even after looking like a total, manipulative nutjob on-screen, you could tell that some part of him still held true to whatever line of logic he’d had at the lake. He said he wasn’t ready to get married “that day” but if there hadn’t been a legal crunch time on them, then when would he have truly been ready to be married?
I think the answer to that would fall shortly after the twelfth of never. Mike and Natalie might be married, but… in all honesty, the clock is ticking. Stay tuned!!!
