‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) has opened her eyes. After a few days of her parents and family worrying about her, she was finally able to wake up, though we’re not sure what this means still.
What kind of damage has taken place from being thrown into her dash so hard and hurting her head? Will she still be the same Faith or will she even remember what happened? There’s still a lot that needs to be answered and it’s unclear if she’ll have any lingering side effects.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) Is Awake!
However, one thing we did learn was not only was it Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) that pulled her from the wreck, but he now called Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and told her about it. Meanwhile, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) has been talking about how much he would love to thank the “good samaritan” who saved Faith. Little does he know, Sharon knows exactly who it is.
More so, this was a conflict that was resolved so quickly, we almost didn’t have time to absorb it. The problem with Y&R is the writers either drag something out for far too long, like Abby Newman’s (Melissa Ordway) baby planning, or Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) wheelchair story. Yet, they take something that could be emotional and heartbreaking with Faith, and instantly make her wake up in the same week.
We’ll have to wait and see what comes next, obviously, but I’m willing to bet something will be different about Faith.
