British Royal Family News show that The Royals have responded to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle following their latest interview on CBS in which the couple revealed some shocking revelations.
British Royal Family News: The Royals Vow To Deal With Prince Harry And Meghan Markle’s Concerns
In an official statement, the Royals promised to deal with the issues raised, but as could be expected, they remained coy on how they would do so: “The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan. The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning. While some recollection may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately.”
It seemed that Harry and Meghan were abandoned by their families. The disgruntlement surrounding the couple and the Royals was not a surprise. There were several issues from the outset over Meghan’s accent and whether she could handle the media. And yet, it seems the problems were much closer to home with Meghan being subject to racist remarks over her child’s skin colour.
This forced Harry to act as any husband would do. In the interview with CBS, he said: “This is not a surprise to anybody. It’s really sad that it’s gotten to this point, but I’ve got to do something for my own mental health, my wife’s, and for [our son] Archie’s as well, because I could see where this was headed.”
And things were even worse as Meghan contemplated the thought of suicide. Given how bad things had ended with Princess Diana, the writing was on the wall. The shocking comments took a lot of courage as Meghan even struggled to tell Harry before this.
She stated: “I was really ashamed to say it at the time and ashamed to have to admit it to Harry, especially because I know how much loss he has suffered, but I knew that if I didn’t say it, then I would do it. I just didn’t want to be alive anymore.”
Whether or not the Royals take action to address Meghan’s issues is ,in some part, damage control. After all, there is no going back from this public reveal.
