Emma Heming has praised her husband, Bruce Willis, for always being there for her and stepping up to the plate in light of their 12th wedding anniversary.

In a post to her fans on Instagram, Emma revealed how she holds Bruce in such high regard. She said: “Boy, I sure do love this guy to the moon and back! Even though there’s been times, I would have loved to take him to the moon, drop him off, and come back solo.”
The duo initially met in 2007 before going on to marry each other. And by all accounts, things have continued to go on strong ever since. Even Bruce’s ex-wife, Demi Moore, has praised Emma for how independent she has been. This has enabled Demi and Bruce to stay strong for the sake of their kids. That has been a tricky process, but one in which Bruce has taken in his stride.
She added: “That’s what 12 years of marriage looks like, right? We’ve had our fair share of floating-on-air ups and disheartening downs. But he is my person.” And Emma has previously returned the favour over how Demi made her feel welcome, even though she could have easily seen her as taking over Bruce, alongside the kids. They have spent time together and are now considered part of the family.
The process was challenging, but with the help of Bruce, it has been worth it. She continued: “There’s no one I would want to go through this crazy thing called marriage with than with him. He’s my family, he’s given me the family (and more) I dreamed of, and I love him to my core. Happy 12th anniversary, my sweet ♥️ #thickandthin #loveofmylife”
The pandemic has not stopped all three from getting along. Bruce had previously quarantined with Demi and the kids to maintain normality at a time where the whole world was struggling. And sources confirmed as much: “They always made an effort to do all of the family events together and made such an effort to still have our family be as one unit, as opposed to two separate things, which I think really made an impact.”
