‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that we may have just avoided a new couple that no one wanted. For the last few weeks, we thought Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) would be getting together, however, it looks like Jack has just turned Sally down.
Look, you can say what you want about the potential couple and how they work together on screen really well, but the truth is, Jack was way too old for her. It made the entire thing hard for a lot of viewers to watch and we’ve seen a lot of this conversation taking place on social media.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) Turns Down Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope)!
As the two went out for coffee, Sally made it her point to explain how she really wanted to call these dates, though Jack wasn’t for it. You can tell Jack really likes her, but even he realizes how it would look. Surely, this would have made him one of the luckiest men in the world, but he wasn’t just thinking about himself. Good on you Jack.
I know some people may be upset about this, but this now leaves the door open for Jack to find someone closer to his age and might potentially open the door for a Sally and Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) relationship?
While he hasn’t been on, I’ve been saying since the time Sally came to Genoa city that she and Theo would be good together. Could we see him return from Paris again and who could Jack potentially be paired up with?
