Sean Penn just wants to get the job done, ok? The Hollywood actor recently ripped into coronavirus vaccine site staffers in a fiery letter for complaining about the poor food that was given to them along with the long hours they are being forced to work.
He lashed out at those who are working for his nonprofit to help administer COVID-19 vaccines in Los Angeles after two of them complained about work conditions online.
The Oscar-winning actor wrote a pretty harshly-worded email to his staffers on Friday. He accused his critics of “obscene critiques” and said they should just quit if they are not happen.

“To whoever authored these, understand that in every cell of my body is a vitriol for the way your actions reflect so harmfully upon your brothers and sisters in arms,” Sean Penn wrote in the letter, which was leaked to the Times.
“So, when two from within our ranks make unilateral decisions to indulge their own whim of dissent in the low-hanging fruit of cyberspace, and to, in this situation, register such obscene critiques of valued partners, or CORE itself, the only thing they will have contributed to is a lessening of CORE’s impact in the fight against Covid-19. A fissure that could collapse a life-saving enterprise. And to whoever authored these, understand that in every cell of my body is a vitriol for the way your actions reflect so harmfully upon your brothers and sisters in arms,” his email continues.
Last year, Sean Penn’s the nonprofit CORE began providing free Covid-19 testing across the United States, starting with the Dodger Stadium site, where they now have 350 staff members and volunteers. The group is helping to run 47 Covid-19 testing sites across the country, including in Chicago, New Orleans, North Carolina, Georgia and the Navajo Nation.
The actor first founded CORE after the 2010 earthquake in Haiti. According to its website, CORE succeeded in securing a network of doctors, emergency workers and government officials to take “immediate action” after the crisis and continues to rebuild communities daily.
