‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers have found that Sami is on her way back to Salem, and her return may have fatal consequences for Charlie Dale (Mike Manning).
Ron Carlivati, head writer for Days of Our Lives never disappoints when he brings Sami Brady back to Salem, and her return this month will be no different. Spoilers say the residents of Salem are about to be embroiled in a murder mystery.
While Carlivati has been tight lipped about who the victim (and of course, the perpetrator) is, rumors are already flying that Charlie’s days are numbered. With this storyline coinciding with Sami’s return, the finger is being squarely pointed at the mother with vengeance on her mind.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) is returning to Salem with vengeance on her mind
Sami’s daughter Allie Horton (Lindsey Arnold) was raped in London and subsequently gave birth to her offender’s son, Henry. While it took a while to get there, we all know now that Charlie is the culprit, not Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) as previously blamed.
However, because the sexual assault took place in London, the Salem P.D. have no jurisdiction and cannot lock Charlie up for the rape. Even though he is currently on the hook for mom, Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) kidnapping, it’s not like Sami to not make him pay for attacking her daughter. It all sounds very murder ploty to me.
However, Sami being the prime suspect AND the culprit doesn’t seem at all twisty and turny enough for a Days of Our Lives major story arc. Perhaps Sami will return only to become the fall guy for the real murderer.
There are plenty of other Salemites who wouldn’t mind seeing Charlie six-feet-under. Already Allie and her father Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) have threatened Tripp’s life. Now they know the rapist is actually Charlie, they could be reloading their Glocks as we speak. Ava or Tripp could be the ones to commit a little filicide or fratricide and then there is jilted lover Claire with a sketchy-at-best record of mental breaks and firey revenge plots.
Of course, we’ll all have to wait and see, but in the end whodunnits kind of turn into whocares these days. Even if Charlie is our murder victim, we all know we’ll see him back again someday. Death can’t keep a good (or bad) guy down in Salem!
