CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers find that the way things have been going in recent weeks, fans shouldn’t be surprised that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is having second thoughts.
It makes sense given how her and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) have had their share of ups and downs, and she’s been having trouble seeing him move on with his life.
She had been doing everything in her power to pull Billy toward her by using their children as a means to an end, but her conscience finally caught up with her.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For February 3: Pumping the brakes
With things moving alone at a hectic pace, Victoria hit the brakes by telling Billy not to come over despite their children expecting him.
That led Billy being confused and a brief argument between them, and Victoria lashed out at their son before apologizing.
After being forced to apologize to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), it appears Victoria has taken a glimpse at who she’s become and she’s not happy with it.
And now she’s going to have an in depth look at her and Billy’s life, but where will it lead?
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For February 3: Better together or apart?
Few things seem as cut and dry as Billy being better off away from Victoria and the pressures of meeting Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)’s level of acceptance.
But is Victoria worse off? It’s a difficult question that ‘Young and the Restless’ think will be asked during the flashback portion of this episode.
Since Billy’s been out of her life as her significant other, she’s become more like her father and it may be what’s scaring her.
For the first time she’s been seeing Victor as Billy does, and to deal with that she became more like him and that’s unnerved her.
By the time she’s done going back and forth, we think she’ll realize she was better off with Billy balancing her life. This doesn’t mean she’ll want him back as she’ll want him to be happy.
But she’ll want him as a friend to help keep her grounded and honest with herself, and it won’t surprise us if that’s what will help her become a true force of nature and carve out her own path separate from her father’s.
This episode should be a fun one in character development, and we can’t wait to see what Victoria decides.
Do you think she’ll want Billy back or will she let him go?
