‘Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) condition may partly be due to some psychological issues. Today, we saw Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) speaking to the nurse and finding out that Chelsea had more movement before she returned home. What happened?
Since arriving home, Chelsea has only been able to blink. Though she did use your voice one time, but that was only to yell at Adam when Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) came over, I mean, who wouldn’t yell at him? Adam assumed this was a good sign, but if he only knew what she was trying to say!

What’s keeping Chelsea from moving and communicating more if it’s psychological? Is it just Adam trying to solve everything and being overprotective? Did she shut down more when Sharon came over? There are a few possibilities but if I had to guess I’d say a lot of it has to do with Adam dragging her home.
Why wouldn’t he just let her rest where she was in the hospital and there were people around her 24/7 who could help her. Now, she’s been stuck at home with a few visitors and is picturing Adam with Sharon every moment of the day.
Is Chelsea going to find a way to communicate with Chloe Fisher (Elizabeth Hendrickson)? She was really trying to today so she could explain what was happening but she couldn’t get it out. It looks like Chloe will have to ask the right questions for Chelsea to blink, or hopefully, Chelsea finds a way to speak soon.
