‘Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that it looks like Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) may have saved his relationship with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) for the time being. During their emergency landing debacle, Lily overheard Billy apologizing to Summer Newman (Hunter King), but she wasn’t sure what for.
Surprisingly, Billy came clean about what had happened between the two and that he felt like he was getting back at Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) after she cheated on him with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Lily was able to understand the situation, except BIlly may have left out one little detail.

While explaining it to Lily, he explains that he just had to get back at Phyllis and wasn’t thinking about what it would do to Summer. However, Lily believes that Billy and Summer told Phyllis, and I think this is where the trouble will start.
If I remember correctly, Phyllis still doesn’t know about this little fling, as I think most of Genoa City doesn’t. This happened around two years ago and has stayed quiet until now. Could Lily and Phyllis find a moment to talk for some reason and Lily brings this up? Why would she bring it up, to begin with? I don’t know, but this is a soap opera and they talk about crazy things. I think this will be the ultimate downfall to Lily and Billy because Phyllis will find out about it and raise hell.
I think we all saw the look on Billy’s face during their conversation, he knows this will come back around.
