The Bachelor: Kelley Flanagan Reveals Why She Called It Quits With Peter Weber

Kelley Flanagan has finally revealed why she decided to call it quits with fellow Bachelor star Peter Weber. This comes four days after the star first dropped the news of her decision to split up from the pilot.

It is the first time that Kelley has spoken about the ordeal and given by her latest comments, the experience was an amicable one.

Why She Called It Quits With Peter Weber

In an Instagram post, Kelly posted the following with the caption:

“I know a lot of you have already heard the news, but I wanted to take some time to process it for myself before sharing…

“It saddens me to say this, but Peter and I have decided to go our separate ways.

“Peter and I had some unbelievable times together, and they will definitely be missed.

“Unfortunately him and I are in two different stages of our lives and saw our future paths differently.

“I wish Peter the absolute best and want to thank everyone for your continued support as I move on to my next chapter.”

Judging by the comments above, the stars were simply not aligned. And although the break up may be hard on the two initially, there is no bad blood with both continuing to look forward to a positive future. But what was the journey that led them to this point? Well, Kelley appeared on season 7 of the hit show but sadly bowed out of the competition before the finals.

Hannah Ann Sluss would go on to win the competition only to break off the engagement. Peter and Kelly would later go on to connect in April 2020 only for it to be short-lived. But enough with Kelly, how did Peter view it all? In his Instagram post, he left a similar heart-whelming message:

“Love is a funny thing. It can make you feel on top of the world, and it can make you feel a pain you wish didn’t exist. I’m here to share that Kelley and I have decided to go our separate ways.

“While our relationship was filled with countless beautiful memories, our relationship simply didn’t work out in the end. Kelley is someone I will always have a special love for.”
