Ryan Reynolds has a new Mint Mobile commercial out and again, it’s another winner. Reynolds doesn’t seem to know how to make a boring ad for his phone company and it shows yet again. This time, he’s explaining how “big wireless” has donated millions of dollars to political parties. He didn’t know he was supposed to do this.
To step into the ring with the big dogs, Mint Mobile has endorsed a small-town mayor in California, Mayor Max, who is a good, good boy. Take a look at the commercial below.
“We’re upping our data. And our political influence. #MintMobile @mayormax1“

To go along with the ad, Mint Mobile will also be increasing their data limits on their plans for free. Yep, 3GB for $15/mo is now 4GB, 8GB is increasing to 10GB and 12GB is increasing to 15GB. For free.
Fans and viewers commented on the new ad, “Ryan doesn’t miss.”, “He’s not joking. From wikipedia: “As Idyllwyld is a census designated place with no incorporated government, the elected position of mayor is purely ceremonial, with the mayorship of the community being entrusted in Max II, a golden retriever.”, “I trust him more than anyone in Congress.” and “no one else is better at making commercials than Deadpool.”
I actually use Mint Mobile and have for the last 9 months. I love it. The service is great, account management is easy with the app and you can set it up to autopay every three months. Easy, cheap, and they have the best ads out there now. I’d recommend it to anyone who has been thinking about trying it. For unlimited, it’s just over $100… every three months. That’s a deal.
