Nothing like some heart touching moments to reel NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers in, and it looks like there’s going to be plenty of feels in the air with this episode.

NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For January 29: The more things change

Winds are changing direction in Salem, and it looks like romance may be in the air as Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) helps Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) relax and enjoy his birthday.

As is always the case when someone’s able to relax in Salem, Rafe will let his guard down and he’ll let Nicole see how troubled his is following Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal)’s death and Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso)’s choosing to leave Salem.

Add to it the typical workload for the city’s chief of police, and it’s an opening that could lead to a more than friends relationship brewing for the future.

NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For January 29: Ben opens up

With budding romance in the air, it’s only fitting that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will be told to open his heart and give love a try.

‘Days of Our Lives’ suspect this will come about when Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) will convince him to open his fortune cookie, saying that’s what Ciara will want.

It makes sense after the important role fortune cookies played in their relationship, and we think the fortune be what he needs to start putting the past behind him.

The question is will it be with Claire or will this be an ongoing process?

NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For January 29: New evidence

Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) has been chomping at the bit to get something that points directly to Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) as Allie Horton (Lindsey Arnold)’s rapist.

We’re thinking that the DNA tests will come back, and after he grills Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) to make sure she did the right test this time, he’ll go to Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) with it.

The problem will come when Shawn points out it’s inadmissible as evidence. Steve won’t like to hear that, but it’ll be something they’ll be able to use to get a confession a judge can later throw out.

To show that great minds think alike, Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) decided to confront his brother with the evidence to get Charlie to confess.

‘Days of Our Lives’ expect this to go horribly sideways like pretty much every other good deed in Salem. We’re sensing a trend.
