’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers find that poor Julia Trubkina is about to pass out at the Gibb house, and fiancé Brandon Gibb is not doing one thing to help her. First, they showed her Brandon’s room, which had a little dish on the night table filled with hershey kisses and condoms.
Wow, I know Mom and Dad are trying to prevent a certain situation that would be called an “anchor baby” in some circles, but they would have been a little more discreet about things. I mean, at least have the decency to put the condoms in the drawer.
Then again, knowing Brandon, with him it’s probably out of sight, out of mind and that’s why Ma was making it obvious.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Crickets, candy, and condoms?
Then Julia was shown her room. She said that it was cute, but in her confessional she said that there was no way she was staying there. I can’t say I blame her, was that a poopsie Unicorn toy I saw on the bed?
She’s not a little girl, Mrs. Gibb, I’m pretty sure she’s not going to appreciate whatever those things are. Considering Brandon is the only child that the Gibb’s have, I’m pretty sure those toys are not and were never his… what was she thinking?
Also, just to me, the room looked considerably more cluttered than Brandon’s room. Brandon’s room was in tip-top shape but Julia’s room looked like it had been thrown together at the last minute.
Then came the kitchen. Julia had thrown something away in what she assumed was a wastebasket but as it turns out it was not, it was where the Gibb family apparently keeps an entire farm of crickets. First off, why?
Do they go fishing that often and use them as bait or something? Do they sell them to bait and tackle shops? Dip them in chocolate for a nutritious protein snack?
Also, Mrs. Gibb says that the crickets won’t jump out – as a bona fide southerner I can tell you that that is a lie of the devil. Yes they will, so madame, you have crickets all over your house.
You just don’t know about them, or maybe you just don’t care. All things considered, I’d rather have my house infested with crickets than I would any other insects, just saying.
Julia is completely uncomfortable though, because they’re coming at her with english words that she doesn’t understand (she doesn’t understand the concept of a rare steak, although trying steak for the first time in a new country I would like it well done too, can’t blame her there.), she also doesn’t really understand the concept of salad dressing because in Russia they just use oil, I’m assuming olive oil.
Brandon tried to bring up the sharing a room thing again, but his parents were not willing to budge one bit with them potentially sharing a room while they weren’t married. Hoo boy.
She complains that Brandon hasn’t given her a comfortable life there, only he is comfortable because he gets to stay home.. and honestly this is true. I like this couple, but we’ll see how this goes. Stay tuned!!!
