British Royal Family News suggests that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle might not be done raking in the millions with lucrative Netflix and Spotify deals.
In fact, there’s a new report that suggests the Duke and Duchess of Sussex might look into getting a multi-million dollar book deal for themselves as they are apparently “modeling themselves on the Obamas” and will release a tell-all book next.
Speaking to Australia’s 9Honey, royal expert and author Katie Nichol says that she wouldn’t be surprised if Harry and Meghan announced a multi-million dollar book series deal. The couple signed both Netflix and Spotify deals in the last several months.

She said: “The Obamas’ Higher Ground [production company] was always going to be the business model for the Sussexes and that’s exactly what we’re seeing.’
Describing the Obama’s brand as “high end” and “aspirational”, the expert added: “It sits very much with the image that the Sussexes are trying to curate for themselves and it’s a successful business model.”
The royal expert also says that it wouldn’t surprise anyone if Harry and Meghan did dive into books next, seeing how Meghan is a talented writer herself.
Nichol continued, “Meghan’s a big fan of self-help books herself, she’s a writer, she loves writing — I mean, look at the piece she wrote for The New York Times. So I think it’s very, very likely that they will move into books, or certainly Meghan particularly.”
If all of the above weren’t enough, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have just announced a new partnership with World Central Kitchen. Harry and Meghan will be helping to create a fun for four new relief service centers.
According to Bloomberg, the Sussexes announced that their eight-month-old foundation has started working with Jose Andres and World Central Kitchen, a non-profit that feeds people in disaster areas around the world.
The structures will be permanent, built to act as quickly-activated service kitchens during emergencies like natural disasters, with the ability to transition to community centers, schools and clinics. The team sees the integrated approach as a way to promote more resilient local food systems.
“The health of our communities depends on our ability to connect to our shared humanity,” Meghan and Harry said in a statement on Sunday. “When we think about Chef Andrés and his incredible team at World Central Kitchen, we’re reminded that even during a year of unimaginable hardship, there are so many amazing people willing — and working tirelessly — to support each other. World Central Kitchen inspires us through compassion in action.”
