A sequel to the 2017 ‘The Boss Baby’ is in the works, and this time, unlike the series that brought in new voice actors and wasn’t reviewed very highly, this looks like it’s going to try to recapture what made the original film pretty enjoyable for kids and adults.

The Templeton brothers will be back as adults who have drifted apart from each other, but with a new boss baby with a “cutting-edge” approach, will force them to come back together. Take a look at the official trailer below that is expected to be out around March next year.

“The Templeton brothers have become adults and drifted away from each other, but a new boss baby with a cutting-edge approach is about to bring them together again – and inspire a new family business.”

Official Trailer For ‘The Boss Baby 2: Family Business’ Is Out – Alec Baldwin, James Marsden, Lisa Kudrow

There are a lot of fans of the film, young and old and they commented on the trailer, “I like how the adult version of the Baby actually looks like a younger Alec Baldwin”, “This is one of those movies that use internet memes for popularity. No hate, just saying.”, “Is it stupid? Yes. Will I watch it? Yes.”, and “Me before watching the trailer: it’s gonna be dumb isn’t? Me after watching the trailer: OK it is kinda dumb but promising…….. IMA WATCH IT!!!”.

I enjoyed the first film and my kids have a lot of fun with it as well, making it one of those kid’s films that I can actually tolerate. Shame Tobey McGuire won’t be returning for the second film.
