‘Love After Lockup’ spoilers find that we met Destinie Folsom and Shawn Osborne. The news has spread that Destinie is back in jail after stealing Shawn’s car. Not only did she take his car, she tried to sell it on Facebook! Has she gone out of her mind? Why in the world would anyone steal their loved one’s car then try to get rid of it on social media? ‘Love After Lockup’ Spoilers: Destinie’s Sentence and Other Felonies
If you remember, Destinie had already spent a lot of time behind bars because of her previous arrests. She has a rap sheet that’s about a mile long and now that she has stolen Shawn’s car, things don’t seem to be improving for her. On November 6, she was arrested and then a few weeks later, she was sentenced to 16 months in prison.
‘Love After Lockup’ Spoilers: Destinie Folsom Back in Jail
The police record stated, “Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4532, Escape while serving 2 years for two felony convictions to Penal Code 530.5, False Impersonation and 1320, Failure to Appear on a Felony Charge. Defendant was sentenced to 16 months prison concurrent to the 427 days remaining on her prison sentence and was remanded to jail today.”
The last time that we saw Destinie and Shawn, she was pregnant and Destinie had just left him. He was living in an empty house, which he also was renting out as an Air bnb.
She told cameras, “I don’t really have a plan right now. I got his f*****g credit card and his car. Like, I’m gonna go f****g live it up and do me.” From the time this scene was filmed to now, it seems like Destinie made some fatal mistakes that landed her in prison again.
Destinie took the time to create a Facebook Marketplace ad for a car that was the same as Shawn’s. The ad read, “Nice car, new brakes, windshield wipers, and up to date registration.
Paid 4000. Windshield has a crack and ac needs recharge but everything else is fine.” She put it up for sale for $3,700 and it looks as if she didn’t have too many replies to her post before she was busted.
It appears that Shawn still has some financial issues and he has a few ex-girlfriends that have started GoFund Me accounts to help get themselves out of serious debt as well.
