George Clooney recently opened up about his marriage to his wife Amal Clooney and what he has been doing during the coronavirus quarantine. Here’s what he has to say.
Speaking to GQ in a new magazine, the handsome Hollywood actor says that he’s finally found both love and peace in his life now that he has his beautiful wife Amal by his side. “I didn’t know how un-full it was until I met Amal. And then everything changed,” he told the publication. “And I was like, ‘Oh, actually, this has been a huge empty space.’”
George Clooney Opens Up About Marriage And Life In Quarantine
What’s more, George says that marriage has certainly changed him. The couple tied the knot back in 2014 in Venice, Italy. “I’d never been in the position where someone else’s life was infinitely more important to me than my own,” George admitted. “You know? And then tack on two more individuals, who are small and have to be fed.…”
George also opened up about life in quarantine and how he and Amal have been spending a lot of quality time with their two 3-year-old twins, Ella and Alexander. Because Alexander has asthma, the family has been spending a lot of time at home, as he is more at risk to have health issues if he were to get Covid-19.
“I cut my own hair and I cut my kids’ hair and I’m mopping it and vacuuming and doing the laundry and doing the dishes every day,” George says of his new home life. “I feel like my mother in 1964. You know, I understand why she burned her bra.”
