Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has had a successful week on set for his new NBC series ‘Young Rock’, a new series that will show the childhood of Johnson. He has said that some of it may seem unbelievable, but it’s all true.
Johnson took to Instagram to share the good news and how he’s been working closely with series creator, Nahnatchka Khan. Take a look at his post below.
“Excellent work week on set of our new TV series, “YOUNG ROCK” coming soon to @NBC.
Working very closely with our series creator, Nahnatchka Khan.
She’s a brilliant (and very funny) creative partner who I trust with my wild life story growing up.
We examine every word from every character because these are all real people, real family who are still in my life and those who have passed away.
Gotta be authentic and get it right.
The good, the bad, the heartbreaking, the heartwarming and the f*cking hilarious.
Can’t wait for you guys to watch this show.
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Had An Excellent First Week On Set Of NBC’s ‘Young Rock’
We look forward to seeing his new Netflix project, ‘Red Notice’ that just wrapped next year, and with this new series starting, we can’t wait to watch this. We assume it’ll be along the same vein of Chris Rock’s ‘Everyone Hates Chris’. It’ll premiere on NBC, though we’re not entirely sure when. We can assume it’ll release next year as well, probably in the Spring.
