’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers have revealed that Tim and Melyza have the same dynamic that Colt and Larissa did as a couple. Big, tall American seeing this tiny little sassy hispanic girl whom his Mother has a beef with. Think about it, Tim and Colt have some similarities, he seems to be a serial dater that has a preference for hispanic women who are way different than his Mom.
His Mom seems nice at first but is a little too involved in her son’s life and seems to think that even though he’s a grown man that she still knows what’s best for him in regard to his personal life.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Tim and Melyza… Colt and Larissa 2.0?
Melyza doesn’t strike me quite as overbearing as Larissa was, but she definitely has the sass and fire of someone from Colombia. She doesn’t have the confidence issues that Larissa did, she knows her worth and won’t put up with any BS from Tim, because when Tim cheated on her she was the one to move back to her home country and leave him sitting flat.
She also won’t put up with his Mother being terrible to her. She strikes me as a bit more vindictive than Larissa however, and not in an immediately obvious way. Larissa is very loud when it comes to her displeasure about anything, Melyza is quiet… and you know what they say about the quiet ones.
Unlike Colt however, I dont’ think that Tim has the same problem with fidelity. I’m not going to say that he’s changed his spots entirely because I think that might be placing too much faith in the guy but I definitely think that he would think twice before cheating on Melyza again.
I think whereas Colt just hopped to the next woman who would have him, Tim actually felt bad about what he did to Melyza and is trying his best to recitfy it. Does he always succeed? No, but I get a sense of genuine effort from him.
As for Robin, I get the feeling that she may just be nicer than Debbie and not as obvious about being way too involved in her son’s life. Debbie made no apologies about being all up in Colt’s business, at least Robin seems to know when to back off.
She did tell Melyza that the only thing she felt awkward about was being involved in a fight between those two, she didn’t automatically villify Melyza, which is a good thing for her and Tim’s relationship.
The dynamic and vibe is the same, and I dont’ have much hope for them due to Tim’s lack of a job in Columbia, however, I feel like they have more of a chance at happiness than Colt and Larissa ever did. Stay tuned!!!
