If there’s one thing that fans love the most about Wendy Williams, it’s the fact that she can be very candid and honest about the good, the bad and the downright ugly in her life. In fact, after some fans noted some unusual behavior on her show lately.
While Wendy has made it no secret that she suffers from Grave’s Disease, some fans and critics believe there might be something else going on behind the scenes. Luckily, Wendy is setting the record straight for everyone. Here’s what you need to know.
Wendy Williams Addresses Her Odd Behavior
According to reports, during her October 23rd episode, Wendy repeatedly paused awkwardly and trailed off throughout the show, leading a lot of fans concerned. During the October 26th show, Wendy addressed the concerns by saying, “I love entertaining, you know, and it’s not easy. It’s not easy. You are a tough crowd.”
She added, “I always say I love you for watching because I really, really do. I come here every day and I try to do the best that I can for you. I appreciate you watching, but even after all of these years, it’s still work and effort put in for the hour that I’m out here with you, you know? I guess every day is not perfect, but I’m not a perfectionist. I’m not perfect.”
Of course, it didn’t take very long for fans and followers to comment on the situation with, “That was a difficult watch. She wasn’t off sometimes/on others…bad shape throughout. Sad. I think she’s funny and despite all her flaws I root for her,” along with, “Yes this was hard to watch. I love Wendy though but she seemed really out of it in this clip. Are they pumping in audience applause? I haven’t watched any of her this season.” This comes after her former DJ, DJ Boof, hinted that there was some behind-the-scenes drama going on.
