Univision Médicos Spoilers: Mind games
First, we have Regina and Ana. You might remember Ana and Arturo Molina (Rodolfo Salas) are upset about the relationship Regina and David Paredes (Daniel Arenas) started. Ana is seriously a mess.
She tried to get in Regina’s head. It sort of worked. Médicos spoilers reveal she told Regina she and David had a relationship. Truth is, it felt like a barely-happened thing. And Ana was far pushier with it.
Anyway, Regina put on a good show for Ana. She insisted that whatever is in the past is in the past. She knows how to take care of herself. However, after she left Ana, Regina spoke privately with David. She asked why he didn’t tell her. It looks like they’re okay, for now.
Univision Médicos Spoilers: Trauma
Elsewhere, Luis continues to struggle with his son’s death. He’s tried to be tough, but it’s not working well. He got through a couple of consultations with the other doctors, but the last one of the day was the kicker.
Médicos spoilers reveal that to see this other patient, Luis would have to enter the room his son died in. He couldn’t handle it, so he refused the case and had a chat with Gonzalo Olmedo (José Elías Moreno).
Later on, he and Paulina Serrano (Laura Carmine) met up. They’d talked earlier, and she’d begged him to get some help to deal with his pain. To seek out his wife. He insisted that she doesn’t want to see him now, and he’s all alone.
Paulina insisted that isn’t the case and told him to call her any time. After the incident with that consultation, Luis reached out to Paulina and she let him know she would be there to hold him up.
Univision Médicos Spoilers: In the middle
In other news, René is in an uncomfortable position. Constanza Madariaga de Castillo (Marisol del Olmo) was giving Patricia Guerrero (Eugenia Cauduro) a tour of the Institute and went to René’s office.
She just happened to catch Mireya Navarro (Erika de la Rosa) there. René had convinced Mireya to keep an eye on everything going on with Gonzalo’s ex, Aurora (Frances Ondiviela). Including everything he uses in her care.
This meeting didn’t sit well with Constanza, who spent the rest of the episode giving them pointed looks.

Univision Médicos Spoilers: What might happen
As for the future, we see a huge mess following that meeting between René’s two women. They were both not happy and we think Constanza will be the worst of the two. She is likely to make life hell for René, and it’s what he deserves.
As for Luis, we now Luis is loyal to Susana Álvarez de Galván (Iliana Fox). He’s wanted to be with her through all this, despite his past affair. But Susana wants nothing to do with him.
So, with Paulina reaching out to him, we believe this will be a situation where he’ll fall in love with the ex-mistress because of what he’s going through. At least, for a while. She seems a decent type, so we think she’ll realize he’s just vulnerable and discourage anything other than friendship.
Plus, we saw René confronted Rafa when he returned to work. He found it interesting that Rafa took some vacation days after the issue with a patient. He went so far as to suggest Rafa should take a drug test, which Rafa has no issue with.
But we do think this is leading up to something bad. René smells blood in the water, so it’s very likely he’ll dig until he learns the truth about what happened that day. If so? That would be very bad for Gonzalo, who is essentially sweeping this under the rug.
