British Royal Family News says that they used to be the best of friends and closest of co-stars, but now it looks like all of that is nothing but a distant memory now. Meghan Markle’s former Suits co-star Patrick J. Adams admits that while there was a time in which they were very close, he’s now scared to reach out to her. Here’s what he has to say.
In a new interview with Radio Times, Patrick admits that while he and Meghan did keep in contact during the first year of her marriage to Prince Harry and following the birth of her son Archie Harrison, they no longer speak as often as they did in the past.

That’s because they’ve not only gone their separate ways, with Patrick still in the entertainment business and Harry and Meghan trying to make new lives for themselves as celebrity philanthropists, but also because the Duchess of Sussex is one of the most sought-after people in the entire world.
Patrick told the publication, “We’ve spoken and texted a couple of times, but Meghan’s life is incredibly full and she’s been navigating a lot. We don’t spend any time together, but that’s not because of anything other than how completely enormous her life has become in so many ways. But I have no doubt she’s up to the task and that she and Prince Harry are up to the task together.”
He added, “Meghan is an incredibly strong and powerful woman. It seems to me like she’s handling herself very, very well.”
When asked why he doesn’t just pick up the phone and either call or text his former best friend, Patrick replied with, I have no doubt I could pick up the phone and call her at any moment, but I don’t know what I would say. After our children were born, there were some texts sent and gifts sent, but I guess I’m a little scared. I think it’s pure fear. I guess I’m scared about the idea of breaking through whatever walls exist to have that conversation.”
