NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers for the week of Monday, October 12-Friday, October16 reveal the men of Salem are going to be a bit feisty. It seems everyone will be mad at everyone else, and it should be a fun thing to see. Of course, some will be more justified than others. Let’s take a look at what the weekly promo teases.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Brotherly hate
First, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal more bad blood between the DiMera brothers. The promo opens with Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) asking if Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) wants to know how they settle things in Philly. Chad, for his part, seems amused by this. He asks, “Is that a threat?” as Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow) looks on.
Now, considering Chad wanted her to keep an eye on Jake, we can’t help but wonder if this conflict was more of a set up to get Jake riled. That way, Kate could step in and cool things down.
And wouldn’t Jake be more likely to trust her if she somewhat came to his defense? Especially if she gives Chad a hard time for behaving this way. We’ll see what happens. But it should be an entertaining scene, regardless.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Jealousy
Also, we’ll see a bit of jealousy going on in Salem. Specifically, from Xander Cook (Paul Telfer). There’s a clip in the promo where Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) looks just a little too chummy with Sarah Horton (Lindsay Godfrey). Of course, Xander walks in and sees this, leading to a confrontation.
‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers hint this could backfire on him. Sarah surely won’t enjoy Xander getting violent and possessive like that. And she’ll probably warn him he’s on thin ice, because she can take care of herself. Besides, she’ll likely believe there was nothing wrong happening here.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Defending Allie and Claire
Finally, Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) will feel the wrath of two different men this week. Clips in the promo show him getting into a confrontation with Charlie Dale (Mike C. Manning).
We assume he sees Tripp trying to talk to Claire Brady (Isabel Durant), or just happens to find out who Tripp is. He seems to be the aggressor, because Tripp insists this is none of his business. In typical tough-guy on TV talk, he spews the oh-so-original line, “I’m making it my business.”
Elsewhere, John has another one of his fits. This time, he’ll be ready to tear Tripp to pieces for assaulting his granddaughter. Poor guy just can’t get a break wherever he goes. This time is going to be eating some serious crow when they find out Tripp’s innocent. They better start making a list of suck-up gestures/gifts now.
