’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers finds that Deavan keeps saying that these are the last details that she’s going to spill about the whole Jihoon abusing Drasilla incident, because it could hurt her case, but it looks like she’s pretty open to talk about it over social media.

The thing is, this would fall under Korea’s jurisdiction and we don’t know how or even if talking about such things over social media even matters. If I were Deavan I would definitely err on the side of caution because Jihoon has the home advantage and by now we all know that Korea doesn’t take allegations of child abuse that seriously. They just don’t have the kinds of resources that the US has in order to do that.

’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Will Deavan hurt her own court case?

It will also depends on what kind of lawyer Deavan has and what kind of defense they are building for her. If this ends up being part of her divorce case then she might have a fighting chance there because while a child abuse case on its own might not stand up all that well in a Korean courtroom, a divorce case might. If she tacked on the abuse allegations as part of her divorce, then there definitely might be something to that. I’m not sure what on earth a judge would award her because it looks like Jihoon has no real money to his name but maybe that’s just  a front. You never know.

Jihoon is mum about the entire thing, but then again he has said he doesn’t want to speak english anymore so that is probably the reason why he never says anything about the case at all. He also probably wants to remain on his best behavior so that just in case this does go to trial, that he can look good to the judge. Although, I’m not sure how good he’s gong to look, considering he had previously committed a felony by selling a stolen cell phone.

But maybe a judge would overlook that? I’m not entirely sure how tough Korean judges are when it comes to prosecuting divorce and child abuse cases. The latter seems to be kind of non-existant but the former has probably existed for a good long while. Either way, it’ll be interesting to see how this plays out. Stay tuned!!!
