She wants Régis to marry Maria de la Paz so they can take everything from her. And the worst part? She continues to play the concerned loving daughter. To do it, she has Régis come to the bakery and it worked. Sort of.

So, you know the sad twist of fate by now. To get over the fact she can’t have Amadeu da Penha Matheus (Marcos Palmeira), Maria de la Paz throws herself into work. Jos claims that’s not a good idea. She thinks her mother needs to open up to life.
Jos insisted that Maria de la Paz take Régis’ call after their “chance” meeting, and Maria de la Paz accepted a date. Yes, her memory of him being kind to her when his family fired her for being pregnant helped. This is one part of the story we won’t like at all. She’s too naïve and nice for this, and it feels like someone taking advantage of a child.

Meanwhile, Dulce Ambición spoilers indicate Vivi made two big decisions Thursday. One, she deepened her commitment to her boyfriend, and they’re both willing to accept the others’ careers. Two, she chose to get some extra help.
See, she’s hit it off with Fabiana do Rosário (Nathalia Dill) and knows her job with Otávio Rocha’s (José de Abreu) business is a temp thing. So, Vivi discussed things with her father, then offered Fabiana a job as her personal assistant.
Fabiana practically jumped at the chance, but we can’t help wondering how Vivi will react to learning Fabiana is her sister. Not only that, but Fabiana knows this while staying silent. That could come across as manipulative and make Vivi suspicious of her.

Speaking of people to distrust, there’s Rael Matheus (Rafael Queiroz). He’s on a vengeance mission. Not only that, he seems twisted. He admitted to wanting Maria de la Paz begging for her life before him and anticipates laughing in her face. Seriously. He’s already taken the first step toward accomplishing this.
After arriving in town, he went to the bakery and waited until the evening. That’s when he approached one of her employees with a sob story. He pretended to be a poor guy with nowhere to go who needs work.
Jennifer (Luciana Fernandes), the worker, suggested he come back the next day. Maria de la Paz could definitely use help in the bakery, as things are growing more by the day. This girl is seriously surrounded by snakes.

Finally, we have more shameless behavior. Edilene Pereira (Cynthia Senek) wants to give Otavio a child of his own. Likely, to cement her place in his life. So, she went to one of her friends for advice.
This lady actually suggested Edilene tamper with a condom before sex. She went on about how easy it is to do without him even realizing. Seriously. There’s very few redeemable people in this show.

So, what’s next for these characters? Dulce Ambición spoilers reveal Maria de la Paz has fallen right into Jos’ trap. We’ll see Régis doing his best to charm Maria de la Paz out of her money. Naïve and sweet as she is, Maria de la Paz will be too focused on how he helped her years ago to see anything’s wrong.
We’ll also see a bit of a recap tonight. Clips in the promo show her and Amadeu commiserating over the news of Gilda Miranda’s (Heloísa Jorge) situation. We’re sure that’ll be on Maria de la Paz’s mind as she tries to take Jos’ advice. Poor girl couldn’t have picked a worse person to move on with. We can’t wait to see her clue in to this deception.
