TLC ’90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After’ spoilers finds that we just announced that Larissa dos Santos Lima was arrested by ICE at her home in Vegas. Her boyfriend, Eric Nichols was there to witness it all go down and now, it seems that she could be in some major trouble.
The documents of her arrest were leaked and they mentioned that she has been “placed in removal proceedings.” This is all a part of the Immigration and Nationality Act and from what we have heard, she has a hearing soon and that will determine if she will be deported.

As soon as the couple had made the huge announcement that they purchased a house in Colorado, ICE came knocking on their door. They had packed the truck and were ready to move. All of this was interrupted when ICE broke up the party.
Some of her friends said that she was just going through a check up on her paperwork and they said it was all fine. Clearly, everything is not fine.

Many fans of 90 Day Fiancé think that Larissa did all of this as a huge publicity stunt. This happened just hours after she did a CamSoda show for her fans in some very skimpy lingerie. She made a lot of money from the show and some fans think that she could be illegally working in the states and this was how they caught her.
We are not sure if she will be deported or if she is out of ICE holdings. All we know is that she has gone through a lot of questioning from ICE and they will soon determine if she is deported. What is the deal with Larissa’s paperwork these days?
We do know that once she and Colt Johnson divorced, he could cancel her green card based on the fact that he did not want to be her sponsor in the states anymore.
What will happen next for Larissa? Will she be deported back to Brazil and forced to take care of her children there or will she be able to live her life with Eric in their new home in Colorado? We can only wish her the best at this point and hope this all gets figured out quickly.
