CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) has convinced Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) not to leave his family. Wow, what an accomplishment. So, how did she achieve this? None other than the power of a courthouse marriage at the drop of a hat!

If only we had known that all it took for Adam not to leave Chelsea and his child was a last-minute wedding, she would have done this weeks ago! What a great save on Chelsea’s part. This is, of course, absolutely ridiculous. And hilarious how quick Adam changed his mind. He went from 60 and leaving to 0 and staying really quick.

Now, Adam knows that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico) are coming for him and he’s “prepared for a fight” of whatever. For the love of everything Billy and Alyssa, do everyone a giant favor and send Adam to prison or something. What’s Adam’s plan to combat this anyways? How will he get them to not publish the story?

This whole storyline started out interesting but after coming back after the quarantine, things have really taken a left turn into silly and dumb.
