No, not like that, she’s not re-releasing an x-rated video of ‘touch of my hand’ on Onlyfans or anything like that. (Although with the speculation that she’s being trafficked that would probably make onlyfans go in the black, I’m JUST SAYING.) Rather, Britney Spears posted an interesting question on her IG asking, “Ask yourself today… am I truly happy???? What makes you happy??? Whatever it is… I am trying to find ways to give myself more self-love.”
Again, get your minds out of the gutter!
These are excellent questions in the #freebritney movement, considering she still has the whole conservatorship thing hanging over her head and she is fighting that. Actually, I don’t know if you would call it fighting, more like, switching the roles of who’s in power.
Just from an outsider looking in, it doesn’t look like Britney actually wants to manage herself on her own, it looks like she just wants to switch around whose in power over her, choosing the lesser of the… ever how many evils there are in her life. If you’re looking at it from the #freebritney scope, that’s the way it looks, at least.
Britney tries a little self-love
So.. is Britney happy? That remains to be seen. in her last instagram story video she assured people that she was okay and the fact that she’d worn the same top 18 times didn’t mean anything other than she was filming for Project Rose, which is a project dedicated to victims of sexual exploitation.
This led to some rumors in the #freebritney circles that Britney herself was being trafficked, but that’s just speculation. However she also said that none of her videos that she posts are more than a month old which seemed suspicious as well, but I digress.
She says that she’s taking steps to give herself more self-love, but doesn’t really say what. I’m guessing things like Yoga or beauty treatments or things like that, because that seems to be the go-to in Hollywood for ‘self-care’.
I don’t know, a good old romp around social media is always good enough for me when it comes to self-care but since Britney doesn’t seem to be able to manage her social media then that doesn’t seem to be an option for her. In fact, Britney doesn’t really seem to exist outside a carefully cultivated bubble that we sometimes see into on instagram.
That’s so weird.
So… the while the question is excellent, the answer is even more interesting and more elusive. When do we get to know whether or not Britney is actually happy or not? Or.. is it all part of the matrix? Stay tuned!!!
