TLC ‘Welcome to Plathville’ spoilers tell that we saw Micah do the modeling thing but in all honesty he looked so happy down on thw farm that we didn’t think that he would actually seriously pursue it. We just thought that he would forego it in lieu if his beliefs and we would all wonder what would became of him. Well, Micah just proved us all 100% wrong!
As it turns out, Micah is no fool. He had decided to take the good genes that the good Lord has blessed him with and do the modeling thing full-time! As evident by his latest instagram post where he just completed his first photoshoot and honestly the results are awesome.
TLC ‘Welcome to Plathville’ Spoilers: Micah makes his dreams of becoming a model true!
It was a beach photo shoot and he’s there looking 100% the surfer dude in a red piece laying in front of a rock on the beach, showing off those fantastic farmboy abs. It’s a thing of beauty, I tell you.
His instagram caption reads, “The hardest thing to do is leaving your comfort zone. But you have to let go of the life you’re familiar with and take the risk to live the life you dream about.” So many, many things could be read into this caption.
Micah has not come out and said as much so this is just speculation, but I’m going to say that by comfort zone he means farm life and arguably, life with his family. In a way its sad that he couldn’t have the life he dreamed about while with his family, but the again, ultimately we all have to spread our wings sometime.
What do Mama and Daddy Plath think about all this? We don’t know yet. What we do know is that judging from last year’s reaction to Moriah wanting to spread her wings into secular music, with Ethan, their reaction was probably less than positive, although probably in a different way because Micah is a boy.
In the fundamentalist culture, girls are guarded a lot more than boys so they might must be laughing this off and thinking its a phase but honestly, I don’t think so.
It’s going to be interesting if this journey is played out before cameras in the newly confirmed second season of Plathville. How would Kim and Barry react to Micah wanting to be a model? Would Barry tell him that they are having moral issues with him and shut him down or would they shock all of us and be surprisingly supportive, if distant.
The thing is that with looks like Micah’s the modeling industry is ripe with opportunity, so that means, ripe with monetary opportunities and it would be real interesting if Kim and Barry changed their minds on things once they saw the number of dollars on that paycheck. But I digress, we’ll have to wait and see on their reactions – stay tuned!!!
