Telemundo Cennet Spoilers: Backfire
First, Melisa hired a man to “rob” Cennet Yilmaz (Almila Ada) so she could play hero. It was Melisa’s way of getting Cennet to forgive her and accept her into her life. Of course, later, we found out she’s more interested in making Cennet leave Selim than anything. But we do think there is some level of sincerity in wanting Cennet’s forgiveness.
It seemed like a good plan at first. Except Melisa messed up by refusing to give him any more money. Plus, treating the guy like dirt. To teach her a lesson, he and a buddy kidnapped Cennet at the end of Wednesday’s episode.
Thursday, he called the house to demand ransom for her return. Melisa thought it was a joke and hung up. However, Arzu was listening in and heard Cennet crying out over the phone after Melisa hung up. She confronted her daughter, and they hurried to track Cennet down.
Telemundo Cennet Spoilers: Turning point
This is where things changed a lot. Circumstances left Arzu alone for a bit as she was looking for Cennet. She happened to hear Cennet screaming and ran to her rescue. She caught the guy Melisa once hired trying to rape Cennet.
Arzu’s own experience, plus hearing Cennet scream for her mother’s help before finding Cennet, triggered Arzu. She went full-on Mama Bear and attacked the guy. It was epic, and seeing Cennet nearly endure what she did changed everything.
Cennet might not have been in the right state to register this, but Arzu referred to herself as “mom”. Plus, she spent the rest of the episode comforting Cennet. She even helped her work through a panic attack when a doctor tried to examine her.
Telemundo Cennet Spoilers: Did Kaya learn?
Meanwhile, Cennet spoilers reveal someone else might change a bit from this whole experience. Mukaddes Yilmaz (Güler Ökten) informed Kaya Cennet was missing. Obviously, he raced to the police station to find out what’s going on. Later, Cennet arrived at the station. However, she was essentially catatonic. He was informed about the rape attempt, and the looks Arzu gave him while she held Cennet said a lot.
We think Kaya got the message. He looked upset, and maybe even shamed for the second time. Is there any hope for this guy to accept responsibility and become a changed man? We’ll have to wait and see. But it looks like the writers planted the seeds for it.
Telemundo Cennet Spoilers: Everyone gets a spy!
Finally, we met a couple of new characters last night. They could possibly play a big role in Kaya’s fate. See, an old family friend, Yasar (Mahmut Gökgöz), came to visit Selim Arisoy (Berk Atan). He came across as a fatherly figure, and Selim confessed everything he learned about Kaya.
Yasar couldn’t believe he hadn’t called him sooner and jumped into action. Kaya’s spy came looking for his address so she can send a maid friend to him as they’d all talked about. Yasar stepped in and said they’d already taken care of it.
Later on, we saw Kaya briefly interview a woman, then put her to work. After that, this woman, Pinar (Zeynep Ülsezer Öztürk), called Selim. She assured him she is working at Kaya’s house and he’ll be kept informed of everything that goes on there. Now, all we need is someone to plant a spy in the Soyer house, and no one’s left out.
Telemundo Cennet Spoilers: Tonight’s teasers
As for tonight’s episode, we’ll see a bit more to the new dynamic between Arzu and Cennet. Cennet spoilers reveal she will acknowledge Cennet as her daughter in front of a stranger for the first time. It looks like we’ll also see some cooperation between Kaya and Selim.
The teasers say they’ll work together to find the other man who was involved in Cennet’s kidnapping. We’re expecting the anger between them (and Selim’s suspicions) to be momentarily forgotten for a greater good. As screwed up as Kaya is, he does appear to genuinely love Cennet.
However, his love is shown in weird ways at times, and it always comes with an unhealthy possessiveness. But given last night, we do think he’s about to make a slight change for the better. Of course, time will tell if that’s the case—or it sticks.
