CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers find that after everything we have seen on this show, nothing really surprises us anymore. The one thing that does is something we forget about, and that’s Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye)’s pettiness.
It’s not something that should surprise us as Ronn Moss did a phenomenal job as oozing his pettiness whenever he was up to something. ‘Bold and the Beautiful’ are bigger fans of Thorsten in the role simply because he comes off a legitimately gentle, caring person rather than the womanizing, arrogant privileges offspring Ronn portrayed so well. It’s Thorsten’s performance that helps us forget what Ridge is capable of until we see the episodes and are reminded of it.
In this case, it’s fueled by his hatred of Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer). It’s nothing new as most of the characters hate her for one reason or another, but Ridge has shown he’s willing to risk Forrester Creations’ future and even his father’s happiness over his pettiness to show Quinn she doesn’t belong in this episode from September 26, 2017.

CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers Throwback For July 2: Missed The Wedding
Despite what Ridge and the rest of the Forrester clan thought or wanted him to do, Eric Forrester (John McCook) loved Quinn and he was going to marry her hell or high water. As a result, every one of his family members chose to boycott his wedding. It was something Ridge had put together, and it broke Eric’s heart. Quinn didn’t like to see him hurting, so she told him that he didn’t have to marry her. He refused, stating that despite what his family thought, she had changed his life for the better and he wanted her at his side as his wife. She agreed, and the ceremony commenced under the services of Reverend Murphy (Perez Hilton) and Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer) as the only Forrester in attendance.
CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers Throwback For July 2: Not So Unified
Despite their shared dislike of Quinn, the Forrester family regretted not being there for Eric’s big moment. They had gathered at Forrester Creations to provide a united front, but cracks were showing. One of those was Thorne Forrester (Ingo Rademacher), who had agreed to be his father’s best man. Ridge remained adamant that Eric would cancel the wedding when none of the family showed up, but when Ivy arrived after the ceremony, it was obvious to everyone he was wrong.
She point blankly asked them how they felt after abandoning Eric and breaking his heart. This is one of those episodes that really stuck with ‘Bold and the Beautiful’, as it shows the underside of the Forrester clan and how easy it is to allow pettiness to permeate and ruin even the greatest of moments.
