There’s a new report that says the Duchess of Cambridge recently hired a new private secretary to handle all of her schedule needs, which might be the reason why there has been a sudden uptick in Zoom video chats from the future Queen Consort. According to new reports, Kate Middleton has hired a new member in her royal inner circle. Her name is Hannah Cockburn-Logie and as the Duchess of Cambridge’s new private secretary, she will be heavily involved in helping Kate plan and schedule her appointments as well as accompany her during her engagements after the coronavirus lockdown requirements have been lifted.

And while Hannah might be new to the job, she is no stranger to Prince William and Kate Middleton. She accompanied the royal couple on their 2017 tour of India and Bhutan, which she happened to lead and organize at the same. She also worked for the Foreign Commonwealth Office for nearly 20 years. She also held the position of Head of Political and Bilateral Relations in India.
Meanwhile, many royal fans have noticed that Prince William, Kate Middleton and the rest of the British monarchy are yet to make any public plans even though many other European royals have been out and about for weeks now. In fact, some are even accusing Queen Elizabeth and the British royals of “hiding in their castles” while their European counterparts have been doing their part to help support local businesses and get their countries back on their feet following several long months of strict shelter-in-place and lockdown orders. So far Queen Elizabeth has made no comments as to when the British royals will resume their royal engagements in public again.
