First of all, that embarrassment Melisa suffered wasn’t just among family and friends. Cennet spoilers reveal the press was outside and eating up every minute of it like vultures. This ended up all over the papers the next day. Obviously, Sema Soyer (Ebru Nil Aydın) was not happy to see her family publicly dragged through the mud. This cemented her rejection of Melisa at the party. She doesn’t feel she has a nieta anymore. Not after what Melisa did and the way it reflected on the family. But there is so much more to this story.

Nilgün Arısoy (Çiçek Acar), obviously, was the one responsible for Melisa’s fall. But it wasn’t all her doing. Actually, she had luck on her side. The guy who recorded her confession felt it his duty to give that to Selim Arısoy (Berk Atan). Nilgün promised to take care of it, and that’s apparently where the whole party reveal came in. This ended up making relations between these two families far worse.
Sema, furious over their embarrassment, confronted Nilgün. She obviously has no apologies and sees her son as the innocent victim in Melisa’s game. Pretty accurate. And for once, we can actually get behind her.

Missing in all this was Arzu. Cennet spoilers reveal she’d been with Kaya Demiröz (Devrim Saltoglu) at the time, intending to follow through on his request so she’ll finally be rid of him. It didn’t work out that way. He apparently didn’t like how she was obviously not wanting this and sent her away—for now. He’s not giving up, though. Once Arzu got home and found out about the party disaster? Well, she delivered some well-deserved criticism to Melisa. We’re sure that partly comes from the fact Melisa essentially violated Selim, and Arzu is going through a much worse form right now. Stay tuned to see if there’s any hope for this family.
Telemundo Cennet Spoilers: Losing it
As of right now, we’re seeing a much more difficult road ahead. Melisa, angry over another rejection by Selim, went to Cennet Yılmaz’s (Almila Ada) house. She confronted Cennet about Selim and totally lost it. Last we saw, she had Cennet by the throat and it looks bad. She’d better pray Kaya doesn’t find out. If he does, she’ll definitely meet a bad end. Or at least end up getting seriously hurt.

Looking ahead, tonight’s episode looks to be a big one. It seems now that Selim and Cennet are back on, Kaya will have a few things to say about this. Teasers suggest that Selim will be somewhat humbled and decide to do things in a more traditional way. Plus, it looks like the Soyer family drama will only get more twisted. Mahir Soyer (Hazım Körmükçü) is supposed to get some life-changing news from Özlem Arısoy (Ebru Destan).
