CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that during these times, life can be very stressful. While some states are beginning to re-open things and return to some sense of normalcy, many people are still inside and quarantined. The last few months haven’t been easy for anyone, and we’re all dying to get back outside and carry on with our lives.
While we’re mostly still inside though, the stress can be incredible. If you have children and are trying to homeschool them, or taking care of family, and/or just trying to keep up with your own health, we have to remember not to rush through everything. It’s important to watch out for ourselves and our health.
Actress Mishael Morgan (Amanda Sinclair) wants to remind everyone of this important fact. She took to Instagram where she posted a photo of herself lying down outside with the caption,
“Break time! Being a full time teacher and mom is a lot, make sure you remember to take care of you, too! #balance #lifeisabalancingact #staysafe”

Many people appreciated that reminder, commenting things like, “Gorgeous!! Self care is so important!”, “You are the queen of the balancing act M ?? doing amazing!”, “You are beautiful and superb mom, take good care of yourself and your family?? stay safe ?❤️”, and simply, “Role model.”.
So remember, during what we have left of the quarantine, it’s important that we keep taking care of ourselves so that when we can finally go outside, we’ll look and be our best! We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy and we can’t wait to get back to our favorite soap once they start filming again! What do you think?
