TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers: Self-Quarantined finds that the show on Monday night and some fans thought it was great, while others were pretty let down. TLC wanted to continue to give its watchers original content even though filming on new shows has halted during this time. They wanted to give fans an idea of what the couples from 90 Day Fiancé were doing while they are isolating themselves from  the world. When the series was announced back in March, president of TLC told fans, “I think our audience is incredibly forgiving right now, and I’m hoping that they accept the way that it looks.It will be messy. They’re seizing this opportunity. I think that they’re actually really enjoying it, being able to show a part of their lives at home.” The producers helped from afar with the final touches, but generally what we see is what we get. This is where some fans really enjoyed it and some we let down.

Fans turned to social media to comment about the show. One fan wrote, “Guilty pleasure during the coronavirus!” Another wrote, “This is weak, why do I want to watch the same sadness I’m living?” “I was really hoping that 90 Day Fiancé: Self-Quarantined would be funnier…or have some storyline.” “This show is proof that if TLC puts 90 Day Fiancé in front of a show title, I’m willing to watch whatever it is.” “David Toborowsky hit the jackpot with ride-or-die Annie Toborowsky.” “I just wanna thank TLC for all these reruns of 90 Day Fiancé as well as the new episodes! You’re part of the reason I haven’t gone completely stir crazy the last SIX WEEKS of quarantine!”

It looks as if these mixed reviews are par for the course though. Most fans are really glad that there is new content being made, even if it is a little sad that we’re all doing the same thing at home. We think that there will probably be more drama that develops as we see the couples being home more and getting more and more stir crazy. So far, we liked what we saw and it is interesting to see them in their natural habitat. If you want to watch the new TLC 90 Day Fiancé: Self-Quarantined series, it airs on Monday nights.
